As an established, long-standing client of TwentyFour, Full Power is growing and with that comes a need for a bigger back-office team.
There was a need to bring in 2 Client Services Administrator’s, to support the existing Energy Consultants team that was overrun with workload.
As this was a double headcount hire, with a certain degree of urgency attached, the search and selection process needed to be both rigid and speedy.
All candidates require varying levels of support. It transpired that after honing in on a core shortlist and getting to know the candidates on more than a surface level, additional support was required, in order to give both the Candidate and Clients the best chance of getting the most of the interview process.
Gracie arranged to meet with various candidates, in person and via video calls, to get a better understanding of their needs as well as gaining abetter insight into their personality and potential culture fit for the clients team.
Following the candidate meetings, Gracie presented the shortlist to the client, who in turn booked the interviews and proceeded to filter through and select their top candidates.
The result was two offers, both accepting and onboarding shortly after.
