Gavin founded the agency in 2011 and has overseen Twentyfour’s evolution in line with the original vision of creating a boutique consultancy, with the ability to source talent across entire organisations, adding value through offering insight and plain-speaking consultation. Father to 3 kids, avid lover of music, tech, sci-fi and musical theatre (!!).
