Recruitment Process Management
We identify and screen candidates on work experience, culture fit, availability, salary, ambitions and other applications. We reduce to a shortlist and submit profiles for your review, via the portal.
Offer & Placement
We act as an intermediary between client and candidate to successfully appoint the chosen candidate with agreed terms by both parties. Upon verbal agreement, we ensure all candidate documents are complete and keep in regular contact with the candidate leading up to the start of their employment.
Although the recruiting of candidates finishes once the candidate starts, it doesn’t mean our job stops there. We prioritise checking in regularly with the client and candidate to manage any concerns that may arise during the first three months of probation.
