Launch year, as ‘Teach 24’, the first stage of the multidisciplinary agency masterplan. It went well.


Launched our specialist Finance, Accounting and Admin division along with sector expert Director to manage the division.


Merger of all sub-divisions and consolidation of the Agency into a unified brand known as TwentyFour Recruitment Group.


Rebrand. Overhaul of internal recruitment process to emphasise the customer experience and bring further value to Clients and Candidates.

Gavin founded the agency in 2011 and has overseen Twentyfour’s evolution in line with the original vision of creating a boutique consultancy, with the ability to source talent across entire organisations, adding value through offering insight and plain-speaking consultation. Father to 3 kids, avid lover of music, tech, sci-fi and musical theatre (!!). Perhaps being a former Football Conference and League semi-pro referee, left it’s mark on Richard, as his ability to control and maintain calm during the recruitment process, is unmatched. Or maybe it’s his 19 plus years’ of recruitment experience he brings. Richard pioneered the first major diversification of the agency back in 2014 when he joined as Partner and Recruitment Director.
